We offer a variety of programs in martial arts and fitness for youth and adults in our new state of the art facility with truly world class instructors.

Our martial arts programs are based on a belt system and tailored to the beginner student with absolutely no previous martial arts experience. You can learn Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Thai Boxing in a completely safe and structured environment without experiencing the black eyes and nagging injuries often associated with this type of training.

For those students interested in competition, we have a very competitive Fight Team. All students will have an opportunity to work their way onto the Fight Team when their skills warrant it. However, the vast majority of our students are working their way toward a Black Belt in Mixed Martial Arts will never pursue competition. We never encourage or push a student toward competition. That decision is totally at the discretion of each student.
